Orders are typically dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday) from our Brisbane warehouse, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
Once your order has been been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- South East Queensland: 1–2 business days
- Metro Australia: 2–5 business days
- Regional & Remote Australia: 3–10 business days
